3 weeks ago, I followed my mom, my brother, his girlfriend and my mom's friends to Batam for voluntary work. We packed the food to be distributed into individual bags, carried and arrange them and the donated clothes upon reaching one of the villages in Batam. I was asked to give out sweets to the children. True enough, children love chocolates! They will say "Kakak" and point to the chocolates. Some of them were very shy especially the girls! Heh. It feels good that I managed to bring a lil joy to the people with my small effort. I'm so glad that I went along! More trips to come, I hope! ^^

Thursday's dinner at Pizza Hut was delicious! We ordered the Cheesy Shrooms Baked Pasta, Veggie Lover's Pizza, Fish 'N' Chips and Cheesy Mushrooms from their 1-for-1 promotion menu. The Cheesy Shrooms Baked Pasta tasted better than I expected, especially the topping made from 3 cheeses. My mom likes their Cheesy Mushrooms! Overall, it was an enjoyable dinner! :D
